All parts come with a standard 12-month Manufacturer’s warranty. In some instances, parts may have additional warranty. If you would like to make a warranty claim for a defective part, please fill in the ‘Warranty Claim Form’ ensuring you provide as much detail as possible. As per our Terms and Conditions, the defective part will need to be sent back to the manufacturer along with the claim details for investigation. Upon a successful claim, a refund will be made directly to the customer. Please note, in usual circumstances, investigations may take up to eight weeks.
