I then got a message to say they got the wrong part and needed to get another part which was going to charge me an additional £200. I refused the … More work, they then returned by car. On handing over the keys back the man told me that as he went over the bump it made a 'huge clunking noise'. Now my car has never made that noise before, so I'm concerned as to how they were driving it and how fast over the bump they were going – therefore what have they now done to my car. I am yet to drive it and see this 'huge clunking noise' , but the communication and customer service has been appalling.

NEVER GO TO THEM EVER. I wish I could give 0 starts but I can’t. Went for a simple work (break pads and disc) literally drove out of the garage and on the way home, my car was smoking heavily. Went to another garage and they were telling me nothing was screw on properly and everything was at fault (work done by beginners). The mechanic that was dealing with my car was so rude and messed my car completely. Had a look at my car incam he’s even gone through places where he shouldn’t have. Once I received the car I saw a tyre pressure light I drove it back into the garage he was closing the gate with no car that I am here trying to flash and horn him.
